I'm passionate about IFS because I've seen how it helps people transform their relationship with themselves and with others. IFS is particularly powerful for sensitive leaders who want to move beyond traditional talk therapy. I guide clients to understand their internal system, befriend their protective parts, and access their natural leadership qualities from a place of Self-energy.

If you're wondering about my training background with IFS, I've completed my IFS Level 1 training through the IFS Institute. I also regularly participate in ongoing consultation to continue to hone my practice.

  • That's completely fine! We can begin with traditional talk therapy and integrate IFS concepts gradually as you feel ready. Many clients find that IFS naturally weaves into our work together when the timing feels right.

  • Yes! You do not have to use the word “parts” to engage in IFS or feel the difference that the work can provide. We can use the language that feels most accurate for your experience while still doing IFS.
