True Self Blueprint

A 10-Week Accelerated Therapy Experience

Move from loneliness to feeling respected, taking control, and finding relief by being who you truly are

Unleash your potential and forge genuine connections

You’ve been here before: successful on the outside, yet feeling disconnected and yearning for more meaningful relationships.

Perhaps it’s been a while since therapy, and those feelings of loneliness and reluctance have crept back in. To those who don’t know you (and even some who do), you look like you’ve got it all figured out. You’re the boss, or pretty close to being the boss soon. You’ve got that salary you always dreamed of, and the degrees from the schools to back it up. You’ve got some good friends and a seemingly good relationship with your family.

But what others aren’t seeing are the missed dinner dates with friends because you had to work late again, or all the times you tried to open up to your family about your job only to be told that it’s not that bad, actually, especially cause you get paid so well. Sigh. You feel like there are so few places you can just breathe and be your true self.

You might find some of this familiar:

  • Keeping silent when you want to express yourself because you know you’ll be judged for being “too much” - too enthusiastic, too quiet, too direct, too sensitive

  • Masking feelings of loneliness by overcommitting at work

  • Where once you looked forward to weekends, you now find solace in solitary activities like solo workouts at the gym or taking yourself out for coffee dates

  • Struggling to share your achievements without feeling like you have to justify your worth to those around you

Here’s the truth:

Hiding your true self in relationships doesn't protect you – it's the very thing keeping you lonely. The moment you show up as your authentic self is when real connection begins, and people finally see the person they've been waiting to meet.

Frequently asked questions

Got questions? I’ve got answers.

  • Yes! You are absolutely welcome to reach out to me. I’m happy to answer questions you may have about the program. I’ll be upfront though: I only work with folks who are ready and willing to prioritize this work.

  • Unfortunately, no. I am licensed in the state of Oregon and am only legally allowed to work with clients who 1) currently reside within Oregon and 2) are in Oregon at time of session.

However, if you’ve already done good work in therapy and feel like you’d benefit from a coaching relationship, you can visit my coaching website here. (Please note that coaching and therapy are not the same - if you are looking for therapy, or if it seems like therapy services would best serve you, I will do my best to provide some referrals for therapists in your area.)
